Anodised aluminum pizza peel appropriate for pizza “romana” or “alla pala”. The pizza can be taken directly by the tool or both the dough stretching and the topping can be done on the peel. For this reason it is necessary a strong tool, that facilitates the sliding of the pasta on the refractory stone of the oven, being light and handy at the same time.
The anodised aluminum head is lightweight and robuts, thanks to the special strengthening that makes the peel rigid, ensuring stability and allowing to hold the heaviest and big pizzas. The handle-head junction consists of the overlapping of the two elements secured by three large in-line rivets, designed to guarantee the maximum resistance, ensuring vibration and non-vibration. Furthermore, the oval tubular handles aid stability and an optimal grip.
